Hotel SS Plaza
A hospitality website and enquiry system for a hotel with a 300-guest banquet hall, rooms and an all-day restaurant, with a dashboard that shows where bookings come from.
The challenge
Hotel SS Plaza runs rooms, an all-day restaurant and a banquet hall for up to 300 guests. Banquet and room enquiries arrived by phone, walk-in and social media, with no single record of who asked, for what date, or where they heard about the hotel. The owners could not see which of their efforts actually brought bookings.
What we built
We built a website that presents each part of the business clearly, and an enquiry system behind it that records every request and shows the owners how enquiries turn into bookings.
- Pages for rooms, the banquet hall, the restaurant and offers, with real photos of the property
- Enquiry forms for banquet bookings and rooms, asking for the date, the number of guests and the occasion
- A WhatsApp button for quick questions
- An owner dashboard that lists every enquiry, its status and its source
- A funnel view showing visits, enquiries and confirmed bookings
- A media library and content settings, so the owners can update photos and offers
- Reviews shown only once they are real and approved
