LN Web Solutions ("we") is a digital agency based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. This page explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

What you send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and anything you write in the message box. Phone and message are optional.
Technical data: your internet address and browser details appear in our server logs, and your internet address is used for an hour to limit how many enquiries one connection can send, which protects us from spam.
Where you came from: when you send an enquiry we also record the first page of your visit, the website or link that brought you here (without any search words or personal details in it), and any campaign label in the link. Your browser holds these in temporary storage for the length of your visit, not in a cookie, and they are cleared when you close the tab.
Which buttons are used: when you click a WhatsApp, phone or email link or a quote button, we count that click with the page it was on and the time. The count is not tied to you: no name, internet address or browser details are kept with it.
Website chat: if you use the chat, we save the conversation and the details you give in it (such as your name, your business and a WhatsApp number or email) so our team can reply. The assistant is an AI. Chats are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Messages on other channels: if you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those services handle your message under their own policies, and we keep a record of what you send us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver and invoice the work.
To keep a record of our dealings with you, including invoices, which the law requires us to keep.
To sort and prioritise enquiries. We use software, including an AI service, to summarise and score enquiries so that a person can answer the right ones first. A person reads every enquiry and makes the decisions.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising by other companies.

Who else handles it

To run our business we use service providers who process data for us: our web hosting provider, an email delivery service, an AI service provider, and payment providers when you pay an invoice. They may process data outside India. We share only what each needs to do its job.

Cookies

This site sets one small cookie of its own, a security token that protects the enquiry form from forgery. It is not used to track you.

We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to learn which pages and adverts bring visitors, and whether a visit led to an enquiry. When you first visit, we ask whether you allow this. Until you choose Allow, Google sets no cookies and receives only basic, cookieless signals (such as a page view) with no identifier for you. If you allow it, Google sets cookies that measure visits and ad clicks; Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, which may be outside India. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a sensible record of our dealings. If you ask us to delete them, we will, except for records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email admin@lnwebsolutions.in and we will reply. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
