Terms of service

These terms apply to work that LN Web Solutions ("we") does for you ("the client"). Your signed or approved quote or proposal names the work, price and dates, and it takes priority over this page where the two differ.

Quotes and prices

• Prices on this website are starting points. Your fixed quote follows a conversation about what you need.
• Quotes are in Indian rupees unless the quote says otherwise, and exclude GST at 18% for clients in India, which is shown separately.
• A quote is valid until the date shown on it.

Payment

• You pay 50% to begin and 50% at launch. Monthly services are billed in advance.
• Work begins when the first payment and the content we need from you have arrived.

Delivery and revisions

• Your quote states a delivery date. The date counts from the first payment and receipt of your content, so delays in sending text, images or logins move it.
• Three rounds of revisions are included, and five for online stores. Further changes are quoted separately.

Ownership

Ownership of the final work passes to you when you have paid in full. Until then we keep the rights to it. We may mention that we built the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What we need from you

You will give us accurate content and the access we need, and you confirm that you have the right to use the text, images and logos you give us.

Limits

We take care over every project, but we cannot promise particular search rankings, sales or follower numbers, because these depend on things outside our control. Our responsibility to you for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Ending a project

Either of us may end a project in writing. You will pay for the work done up to that point.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
